  I went in for back pain and the Acupuncturist just pulled down my pants mid-way around my hips & pulled up my shirt without asking for my permission or asked me to do so myself. I was SHOCKED, and then with very little explaination of any sorts, he used electric device onto the needles, which really freaked me out. Same behavior, just informed me as he was doing so. Thought that the worst nightmare was over by then, no no, more to come. He and his staff keeps coming in and out of the tiny treatment room I'm in(cubicle like space) casually without any acknowledgment of privacy or personal space as if they're shopping in the supermarket, and that being said, did we forget about how exposed I was feeling physically and emotionally ? Needless to say, I couldn't wait to end the nightmare and carefully await the moment to get the needles off me. Oh, did I mention that the Acupuncturist barely checked on me to see about my condition ? and did I mention that run down looking clinic has quite some human noise to match it ? yeah.... it was aweful... I'm sure I have every right to put a charge against him and his staff for sexual violation, it's a light degree of a case that should NOT be taken lightly for your own sake. Perhaps for a male, but definitely NOT for a female kind of a clinic, respect is not valued there while professionalism is definitely out the window. Good luck.
